A physiotherapist guiding a client through a movement with hands-on support

No shared gym floor. No being passed to an aide after ten minutes. Your physiotherapist is with you for the whole appointment.

We treat the usual suspects — necks, shoulders, backs, knees, hips, post-operative rehab — with manual therapy, dry needling, and movement retraining you can actually keep doing at home.

Is this you?

  • You have pain in one specific place and want it properly assessed
  • You're recovering from surgery and want to do rehab right
  • You've been given exercises before but nobody watched you do them
  • The pain keeps coming back and you want to know why
  • You want to keep running, lifting, or working without it getting worse

What actually happens

  1. 1

    A real assessment

45 minutes. Full history, hands-on examination, and watching how you move — because the sore spot is often not the cause.

  2. 2

    Treatment in the same visit

You don't come back another day to start. Manual therapy, dry needling or movement work begins immediately.

  3. 3

    A plan you can follow

A small number of exercises that matter, and an honest estimate of how long this should take.

Who you'll see

What patients say

I started seeing Jaspreet at Joybody last year after a fall. She is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She explains everything well and tailors the treatment to my needs. The clinic is also a very calming and welcoming environment. I highly recommend booking with Jaspreet as I've seen real progress thanks to her guidance!

I had an amazing experience with my Physiotherapist, Jaspreet. She made me feel completely safe, calm, and comfortable despite my fear of needles, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to her care and expertise, my back pain from weightlifting…

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can book directly. Some insurance plans want a referral for reimbursement, so check your plan.

  • Would Clinical Pilates help me too?

Often, yes — and one physiotherapy benefit covers both, because both are delivered by a physiotherapist. Many patients start with hands-on physiotherapy for the pain, then move into Clinical Pilates to build the strength that stops it returning. We'll tell you honestly if we think it would help.

  • How soon can I be seen?

Most new patients are seen within 24 hours. We're open until 8pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays.

  • Do you do IMS / dry needling?

Yes, where it's appropriate — it's included in your treatment, not charged as an extra.

  • How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem, but we'll give you an honest estimate at your first visit and we'd rather discharge you than keep you booked in.
