Clinical Pilates is physiotherapy delivered on Pilates equipment — assessed, prescribed and supervised one-to-one by a registered physiotherapist.
It is not a class. You are not following along at the back of a room hoping you're doing it right. A physiotherapist assesses you first, builds the programme around your body and your injury, and stays with you for the whole session.
Because it's delivered by a physiotherapist, it draws on your physiotherapy benefits — which is why most of our patients pay little or nothing for it.
A full assessment of how you actually move — not a template. We find what's driving the problem before we load anything.
Prescribed on the reformer and studio equipment, progressed at the pace your body allows.
Every session is supervised, so the programme moves as you do. Most people feel a difference within a handful of sessions.

I highly recommend Jaspreet for clinical Pilates! She is incredibly passionate, knowledgeable and she truly cares about helping her clients. You can tell she is very invested in your progress, and the sessions always feel personalized and supportive. Such a great experience overall. Can't wait to go back.
Really happy with the clinical Pilates program here. The physios are supportive and take the time to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. I've definitely noticed improvements in my strength and mobility, and the sessions are…
Yes. Because it's assessed and delivered one-to-one by a registered physiotherapist, it's billed as physiotherapy — typically 95–100% covered.
A studio class is group fitness: no assessment, no clinical oversight, no claim on your health benefits. Clinical Pilates is treatment — one-to-one, prescribed for your body, delivered by a physiotherapist.
No. Most people start because something hurts or doesn't work the way it used to. The equipment is designed to support you, which is exactly why it suits people who can't yet do the movement unsupported.
Comfortable clothing you can move in, and grippy socks for the equipment. We have socks if you forget.
No. You can book directly.
Most new patients are seen within 24 hours.
