Who it's for

  • Absolute beginners — genuinely, we mean it
  • Walkers. It's a 5km run or walk, and nobody gets left behind
  • New moms easing back into movement, with or without a stroller
  • Anyone returning to running after an injury
  • People who love running but want the company

How it works

  1. 1

    Meet at the clinic

    15243 91 Avenue #7, Surrey. Arrive a few minutes before 7pm.

  2. 2

    Run or walk 5km

Led by Guneet Dhaliwal, a registered physiotherapist and lifelong runner. Pace groups, and we wait for everyone.

  3. 3

    Back by 8pm

Bring water and whatever you'd normally run in. That's it.

Before you join

JoyRide is a free community run club, not a physiotherapy session. Taking part is voluntary, it isn't clinical assessment, treatment or individualised medical advice, and it doesn't create a patient–provider relationship.

You're responsible for taking part within your own health and ability, and you should be able to complete a 5km run or walk. If you're carrying an injury or you're not sure it's right for you, come and see us properly first — that's what the clinic is for.

The full liability waiver is part of the sign-up form, and you'll be asked to agree to it before your first run.
