- Bring your insurance details — provider name and member/policy number
- Wear something you can move in, and bring grippy socks if you have them
- Arrive about 10 minutes early to fill in your intake form
- Bring any scans or reports you already have, if they're relevant
When you arrive
We're at 15243 91 Avenue #7, Surrey, with free parking onsite. Come in, say hello at the front desk, and someone will get you settled.
The clinic is deliberately not built to feel like a hospital. It's bright, it's quiet, and there is no waiting room full of people avoiding eye contact.

Your history, what you've tried, what you're actually worried about. This part matters more than people expect.

We assess how you move
A hands-on examination and a look at how your body works as a whole — because the sore spot is often not the cause.

Treatment starts today
You don't come back another day to begin. Manual therapy, dry needling or movement work happens in this visit.

You leave with a plan
A clear explanation of what's going on, a small number of exercises that matter, and an honest timeline.
Rebooking & cancellations
We ask for 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours, and missed appointments, are charged in full.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly with us.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. For anything on the Pilates equipment, grippy socks — we have spares if you forget.

Can I bring my baby or child?
Yes. Bring them. We would far rather you came with a baby than didn't come at all.

Will I see a woman?
Yes. Every physiotherapist at Joybody is a woman.

What if I'm anxious about the appointment?
Tell us when you arrive, or write it in your intake form. We'll slow down, explain everything before we do it, and nothing happens without your say-so.
