Hi! My name is Natasha Kianipour

Founder, Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor.

I truly believe that access to movement is liberation.

We as humans need to move, it is the golden key to a joyful body, mind and heart.

I enjoy creating a warm and welcoming environment to support you in your recovery so you can get back to living your life to the fullest.

My Philosophy is to help you strengthen your foundation to find freedom in your movement. I do this through a combination of techniques - manual therapy, dry needling, movement re-training, clinical pilates and progressive strength training.

Hi! My name is Jaspreet Dhillon

Physiotherapist, Women's Health, Clinical Pilates Instructor.

I am a graduate of the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program at Queen's University, with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. I have experience working one-on-one with people to achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals, including those with musculoskeletal, cardiac, and neurological conditions.

I believe in a holistic approach to rehabilitation and love collaborating with patients to help them reach their goals. I have additional training in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy, as well as IMS/dry needling and concussion therapy.

I also speak Punjabi and have experience performing assessments and treatments in Punjabi.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me paddle boarding at the lake, weight lifting, or enjoying time with my family and friends.

Hi! My name is Pavan Kang.

Physiotherapist, Women's Health, Clinical Pilates Instructor.

Pavan Kang was born and raised in Surrey, BC, and earned her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of the West of England in Bristol.

She first discovered Clinical Pilates through her own practice, experiencing firsthand how it transformed her strength, posture, and overall movement. This personal journey inspired her to integrate the power of Clinical Pilates into her physiotherapy approach—helping clients recover from injury, build resilience, and feel confident in their bodies again.

Pavan also has a special interest in women’s pelvic health, supporting clients through all life stages, from postpartum recovery to returning to activities they love. She combines her pelvic health expertise with Clinical Pilates to create individualized treatment plans that address the body as a whole.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Pavan spending time with family and friends, exploring BC’s natural beauty, practicing hot yoga, and staying active with her dog.

Hi! My name is Twincy Rajawadha

Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates

I’m a licensed and registered physiotherapist with the College of Health Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC), Canada, with over 7 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain.

My passion lies in providing personalized, movement-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I specialize in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on neck pain, TMJ, shoulder and knee injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation.

I’ve also completed a 6-month Clinical Pilates training program with Club Pilates, which has deepened my commitment to integrating Pilates principles into physiotherapy. I love using Clinical Pilates as a powerful tool to help patients build strength, improve mobility, and create lasting change in how their bodies move and feel.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or striving to enhance your physical performance, my approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, Pilates-based movement, postural correction, and patient education to support your recovery and help you thrive.

For me, physiotherapy isn’t just about treating symptoms, it’s about empowering you with the tools and confidence to take control of your health and get back to doing what you love.
